“This year’s tasting attracted an international audience of 195 attendees, including 70 Masters of Wine, students of the Institute, supporters of the Institute and other senior figures from the wine trade and private collectors.
Tasters were asked to highlight wines which they felt had been particularly successful in the vintage.
[…] and Château Suduiraut 2010 ranked in the top 3 of Sauternes & Barsac wines:
“Château Suduiraut 2010 Medium dark straw yellow. Opulent nose of dried apricots, exotic yellow fruits, quince jelly and yellow peaches. Complex mineral gravel notes and pithy yellow stone fruits. Palate displays lovely acid – fruit balance on a seamless, harmonious palate. Texturally caressing and intense with a long elegant finish. Very classy effort.” Greg Sherwood Masters of Wine
